Patty Thieme has over 20 years of experience in accounting, budgeting and financial management and human resources, primarily with leading biotechnology and medical device companies such as Immunex (acquired by Amgen). She specializes in finance for the biotechnology and medical device industry, and her financial experience includes comprehensive hands-on experience in managerial accounting, financial accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Patty was involved in the successful initial public offering (IPO) of Targeted Genetics (TGEN, traded on NASDAQ). Her current focus is on helping companies in the start-up stages set up infrastructure, reporting processes, budgeting, and procedure development. As the companies grow, she is adept at systems conversions, and has been a key player in corporate reorganizations.
